A FEW EXERCISES AND A FEW MINUTES A DAY FOR YOUNG, ELASTIC AND SMOOTH SKIN

So little does separate us from achieving the desired effect of young-looking complexion. My method of preserving elasticity and smoothing is giving my skin the rejuvenating massage. I perform it every evening because all the cell renewal processes are the most intensive during our sleep. Stimulating microcirculation and delivering precious nourishing ingredients before falling asleep is the fastest way to get supple and young face skin.

Face massage – What should you know about this?

First of all, you don’t need much time for this procedure. In general, giving your face a massage doesn’t take longer than 3-4 minutes per day, so it’s really a moment. I bet, every women is able to devote a little while to this procedure during her evening care ritual, especially when the effects of such mini-treatment are just outstanding.

There are two methods to apply:

  1. face massage before applying a cosmetic
  2. face massage during applying a cosmetic

Personally, I prefer the second option. I reach for my beloved face oil (sweet almond oil to be more precise) the consistency, fragrance and care features of which answer my needs just in 100%. Also, I find it more convenient and pleasant to massage the face with an oil.

HOW TO DO THIS?

Chin massage

As the name speaks for itself, thanks to this you can firm the chin and remove this unsightly fold, which is also called, the double chin. Place your hands on the chin and pat the skin using fast up and down motions. You can also pat your chin at any time of the day, for example, while watching your favourite TV series. The second exercise depends on pinching the chin. Put your hands together as if you wanted to pray and start pinching the chin. I also recommend stretching skin from the underneath upwards using straight fingers.

Laughter lines massage

If you would like to make your skin more supple, smooth the face and remove laughter lines, you should also stretch tight the skin. Each step has to begin from the middle part of the face to massage the skin and stretch it outwards using fingertips. First, we tauten forehead skin, then the skin located near sides of the nose, and finally the skin located on the both sides of the lips. Systematic stretching and releasing of the skin in the area between nose and lips, moving towards ears, is a great opportunity to reduce the visibility of nasolabial fold.

Eye skin area massage

The last part is the face massage focusing on reducing the wrinkles around eyes. This is the very place where skin is exceptionally delicate, so we have to resign from pinching and stretching it. Instead, reach for a cosmetic (for example, an oil or an under eye cream), pat it and then follow with applying circular motions using your fingertips. Start from the inner corners of the eyes and head the outer ones. Don’t forget about eyelids.
